We are currently looking for a dedicated Production Operative to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks within metalwork and final assembly, with a focus on paint preparation and powder coating. The ideal candidate will have experience in a production environment, particularly with metalwork processes, and will be able to contribute to ensuring that production meets the required output and quality standards.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Undertake tasks across various workstations, including paint preparation and powder coating.
- Ensure production meets the required output and quality standards.
- Work as a reliable team player within a small team to deliver factory output efficiently.
- Follow production drawings and instructions to maintain product quality.
- Demonstrate a ‘Can do' attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks within the production environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience as a Powder Coater.
- Ability to interpret and follow production drawings.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
- Experience in a production environment and familiarity with metalwork processes.
