FINTEC recruit is seeking Production Operative/Machine Operator for our precision engineering client based in Buckingham. This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, with hourly rate £12:00 p/h to £14:00 p/h depending on experience, plus benefits, flexible working hours; benefits include pension, healthcare, PPE & workwear & more.. Experience in a sheet metalwork environment would be an advantage and full program of training on the latest machinery will be offered.
Responsibilities:
Undertake a variety of manufacturing eg assembly/dispatch and machine operation tasks within a CNC precision engineering work environment.
Skills and Experience required for the production operative/machine operator role:
- Experience of sheet metal work is an advantage
- Attention to detail
- Production operative/machine operator experience, further training and development to progress
Training given in a range of processes and machine capabilities with the focus of development and core understanding of company processes and procedures.
