Posted by ITC.

Feedback received from candidates placed with this leading multi-disciplined consultancy is consistently good. Amongst other benefits they offer an incredibly friendly company culture, twice yearly salary reviews, twice yearly bonuses and they insist on staff taking an hours' lunch.

Here are some examples of candidates previously placed with this client -

A Senior Quantity Surveyor who was previously with Aecom in London, these are his own words - 'I like XXXXX, their values, their modus operandi, the Senior Management and it seems a perfect fit. It seems there is ample opportunity to grow in my career if I do my part, and I feel it is the type of company where I can see myself working long term and commit to the business.' He is now a Senior Associate.

An Associate Quantity Surveyor in their Cambridge office. He was previously with Gardiner & Theobald for 18 years and received considerable interest from various consultancies when he began looking for a move. However he chose this consultancy over all the others and is very happy with the move.

A Senior PM who was previously with AECOM but wasn't suited to the culture there. She is really pleased with the difference at XXXX and is now an Associate.

With five offices nationally this consultancy offers all of the benefits and stability of the larger internationals, but with less bureaucracy and a more collegitate culture.
