Senior Associate Real Estate opportunity in London.
An exciting position in a leading International Law firm.
You should be a minimum of 6 years PQE and have significant experience in Commercial Property and strong experience in Landlord and Tenant matters.
You should also have some experience of supervising junior lawyers and paralegals.
You will advise a broad range of clients on matters such as acquisitions and disposals of investment property, negotiation of leases, acquisition of sites for development and investment, negotiating development agreements, dealing with disposals of development sites to investors etc.
