About you:
At Access People we are committed to bringing passion and customer focus to everything we do. Our team sits within the Access People Division, responsible for delivering new customers onto our PXD platform. We are a team of 24 consultants, who work hard, enjoy working together and truly believe in what we are doing to help customers adopt, use and benefit from our software solutions.
To be successful in this role, you would ideally have a knowledge of time and attendance software management solutions - software solutions used to record leave schemes, working patterns, and occupational absence. Experience in clocking and Roster software would be of benefit but not critical to this level as we do offer training to support advancement to Senior and Solution Architect roles within our team. Ideally you will also have a consultancy and/or implementation background - but don't worry - if looking to move into a new consultancy career - once you are passionate about time and attendance and software delivery, we can support you learning and developing your consultancy skills as you progress your career with us.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Understand the key concepts of Workforce Management software such as leave recording processes, absence tracking and payments, demand-based scheduling, time and attendance, time exception management
- Deliver projects following the Access Implementation Methodology either on site or remotely, implementing Access Software for new and existing clients and run user training for customers on all aspects of the workforce management software
- Proactively manage your elements of client implementations to ensure that they operate within time and budget - monitor your diary to ensure that all assignments are accurate and up to date
- Communicate with Project Managers and clients appropriately to manage expectations and ensure a successful implementation
- Give best practice advice based on Workforce Management industry standards, recommending process improvements for clients to ensure they maximise the benefits of our solutions
As a well-rounded Implementation Consultant, your Skills and Experiences likely include:
- Previous experience in a customer facing consultancy / implementation role with a SAAS provider including E2E system testing and UAT experience, desirable
- Previous experience of SQL, PL/SQL or report writing are desirable but not essential
- Troubleshooting, diagnosis and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency with Customer-Centred communication skills
- Experience of presenting to clients at end user up to C level
