Description
- Managing a team of 3
- Conducting and reviewing full month end process for this division
- Managing budgeting and forecasting processes
- Key part in year-end audit
- Presentation of forecast, performance and variance analysis
- Periodical VAT and liaising with internal and external tax
- Collaborating with senior leadership on business decisions
- Taking an active role in process improvement and systems improvement when required
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified
- Someone who is happy to be in leadership, reviewing others work as well as being hands on in the day to day
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office and specifically Excel
- leadership abilities and communication skills and ability to coach and mentor
- Willing to challenge the normal way of doing things to benefit the team and business
