About the Role:
My clients are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ICT & Digital Solutions Specialist to join their IT team. This critical role is focused on delivering a responsive and strategically driven ICT & Digital service, ensuring effective responses to the challenges and opportunities within the Housing & Neighbourhood service area programme of change.

As the ICT & Digital Solutions Specialist, you will support the service area in developing key ICT & Digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include complex data interrogation and the use of various products such as NEC Housing, NECDMS, among others. You will provide services under the direction of the Team Manager, HRA System Support, supporting the delivery of various Neighbourhood & Housing Projects and contributing to the ongoing management of applications vital to my clients services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ICT & Digital solutions to support the Housing & Neighbourhood service area.
- Perform complex data interrogation using NEC Housing, NECDMS, and other digital solutions.
- Support various Neighbourhood & Housing Projects, ensuring effective application management.
- Write and execute testing scripts, arrange user acceptance testing, and document all work performed.
- Work within recognised project management methodologies alongside project teams.
- Provide comprehensive documentation to ensure smooth transition to BAU support teams.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Solid experience in SQL database design and development.
- Extensive experience supporting Housing Management Software systems, ideally NEC Housing.
- Experience in the design and implementation of integrations to back-office systems.
- Demonstrable experience in ETL and data migration.
- Strong SQL scripting skills.

Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Excellent working knowledge and experience of NEC Housing Systems.
- Sound knowledge of ICT solutions in response to the Social Housing Consumer Standards and Compliance.
- Creative and self-motivated with excellent ICT and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels and respond to complex queries with technology solutions.
