Are you a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor with a passion for delivering complex heavy civils projects? Our client, a respected civil engineering contractor, is seeking a talented and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full commercial responsibility for managing and controlling costs on large-scale heavy civil engineering projects.
  • Prepare, review, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis, valuations, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure financial and contractual success.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant contractual and legal obligations, including risk management and mitigation.

**Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong background in heavy civil engineering projects.
  • Excellent understanding of contract law, procurement, and commercial management.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
