Salesforce Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator, to be responsible for the management and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. You will work closely across the wider Banham Group to ensure that Salesforce meets the organisation's needs and to support ongoing development and implementation of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Field Services Lightening.
You will also be responsible for Banham's case management solution (Zendesk, until this is migrated to Salesforce) and a quote follow up solution (Outreach).

What can you bring to Banham?

You will be a certified Salesforce Administrator and have experience working in a similar role thus enabling you to:

  • Administer and manage the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality by performing regular data audits, duplicate record management, and system maintenance.
  • Provide day-to-day support and training for Salesforce users to enhance their ability to utilize the system effectively.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and implement business requirements, processes, and workflows in Salesforce.
  • Create detailed user stories to capture specific business needs and ensure clear

communication of requirements.

  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce with other business systems.
  • Manage Salesforce releases and ensure compatibility with third-party applications and custom code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
  • Work with a third-party support partner, managing and liaising with them to ensure timely resolution of issues and implementation of enhancements.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, new features, and capabilities
  • Administer, configure, and manage the Zendesk and Outreach platforms

Professional Requirements:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; additional Salesforce certifications (e.g.,Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist) are highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ and Field Service Lightening.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user setup, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, custom objects, and reporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience managing relationships with third-party support partners
