We are looking for registered mental health nurses to join the innovative and dynamic team of one of the private hospitals in South East England. The hospital has a 12-bed CAMHS service.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure young people aged 12-17 with acute mental health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork.
- Not two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.
- The shift patterns include working nights and weekends, 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week (7:30am-8:00pm for days, 7:30pm-8:00am for nights).
Skills & Experience Required:
- A relevant nursing qualification and registration (Mental Health).
- Strong team-working skills.
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach.
- A positive attitude and naturally caring and compassionate.
- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice.
