Location: Macclesfield

Salary: £28k basic salary (+ 10k OTE - this extra earning will be unlocked after your 3 month onboarding into the business)

With locations spanning the UK, Ireland and the US, our wholesaler client stocks £6 million worth of hardware products worldwide. They're in an exciting growth phase that demands the addition of four Sales Development Representatives - with ambitious growth plans over the next 18 months, growth plans that you can be a part of! You'll be managing circa 100 customer relationships and growing the company's book of business, this is a fantastic entry level opportunity into the world of sales!

Sales Development RepresentativeResponsibilities:

  • Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the industry, ICP and competitor landscape
  • Analyse sales reports, identifying any prevalent trends within the competitor landscape
  • Manage warm leads proactively, looking after customers who have bought previously to ensure the company remains front of mind and returns for more business
  • Manage lead generation using a variety of channels, including broker websites, LinkedIn
  • Support and benefit from the mentorship of Senior members of the team as you grow with the business

Sales Development Representative Package:

Sales Development Representative Requirements:

  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite
  • Ideally some customer service experience
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in your career
