Electrical Technician
- Hourly Rate: £15 - £18 including holiday pay

We are currently seeking two full-time Electrical Technicians to join a college in Cardiff on a temporary basis. One position is available at the Rhondda Campus and the other at the Nantgarw Campus. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for electrical work and education.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide technical support to the electrical department and its students.
- Prepare materials and equipment for classes and ensure their safe operation.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of electrical systems within the college facilities.
- Support students in practical sessions, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and improve technical resources.
- Help manage the inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 3 Electrical Qualification.
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
- A valid DBS certificate on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
