Reporting into a highly experienced Associate Director of Finance, you will be responsible for driving performance across a small team, to manage the financials of one of the organisation's most critical directorates.
The key duties of this Senior Finance Business Partner are as follows:
- Prepare insightful monthly management accounts with comprehensive commentary.
- Provide timely financial and KPI reports and use data analytics to enhance decision-making processes.
- Partner with your stakeholders to aid in budgeting and forecasting.
- Develop business plans and cash flow forecasts that align with strategic objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and their teams.
- Participate in budget holder meetings, offering expert financial advice and guidance.
- Compile and present annual accounts for international programmes.
- Lead the creation of business cases, identify opportunities for savings and efficiencies, and implement effective commercial procedures to achieve key operational, commercial, and financial targets.
- Oversee a finance team, setting clear objectives and promoting high professional standards.
