We are looking for an enthusiastic EUC Engineer to join as part of a growing team to provide a stable and secure End User Computing (EUC) platform and assist in maintaining and developing the EUC platform.
Additional responsibilities include providing 3rd line support to the user base and other IT teams as well as providing remote and desk side support as and when required.
Responsibilities
- Undertake typical break fix and support activities on all EUC related infrastructure, both on-site and remotely.
- Ensure that all work is properly logged and prioritised
- Configuration, support and development of secure EUC platform
- Support the delivery of major EUC projects and change programmes
- Travelling to sites when required
- Sufficiently support the Service Desk to ensure that SLAs are met
- Ensure all phases of project work are documented to encourage knowledge transfer
