Commercial Finance Manager

You'll need to have an inquisitive nature for the role. It's not just a case of sending your piece of analysis and leaving it for your stakeholders to make decisions - you'll need to develop a deep understanding of the business to be able to help drive commercial performance.

In terms of key person requirements;

  • You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
  • Ideally have experience within commercial retail or FMCG roles, although not a pre-requisite
  • Have excellent communication, relationship-building and people leadership skills, in order to inspire, effect change and drive successful processes and performance
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, understanding the bigger picture whilst having good attention to detail

Package;

Salary range: £55,000 to £65,000
Bonus scheme: 10% to 20% of salary
