In terms of key person requirements;
- You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Ideally have experience within commercial retail or FMCG roles, although not a pre-requisite
- Have excellent communication, relationship-building and people leadership skills, in order to inspire, effect change and drive successful processes and performance
- Critical thinking and analytical skills, understanding the bigger picture whilst having good attention to detail
Package;
Salary range: £55,000 to £65,000
Bonus scheme: 10% to 20% of salary
