As a Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities (Machine Operator):
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate plastic production machinery, including injection moulding, extrusion, and thermoforming equipment.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards. Report and address any quality issues promptly.
- Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes to ensure they run smoothly and identify any areas for improvement.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure the longevity of equipment.
Qualifications (Machine Operator):
- Attitude: A positive, proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility are essential. We value individuals who are eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting, especially in plastic manufacturing, is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 20kg, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
