Learning & Development Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for a

Learning and Development Administrato

r to support the Director of Learning and Development and the Learning Partners in creating a fantastic learner experience by coordinating the efficient administering of all learning activities, programs, initiatives and reporting across Central Functions and Lender Services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develops & maintains close working relationships with stakeholders and L&D team by working collaboratively to meet Connells Group L&D goals
  • Supports a fantastic end to end learner experience, handling all related logistics to ensure that all programs and events are coordinated and delivered on time and run smoothly and efficiently, and provides a timely response
  • Supports the L&D team with providing regular reports on L&D activities and helps to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
  • Maintains accurate records within the LMS and other systems, ensuring up-to-date tracking of attendance, participation, performance and other key learning metrics and ensures feedback from the participants and business is collated and communicated to regularly to Learning Partners

Your experience and skills will include:

  • 1 -2 years experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR, L&D, or a related function
  • Strong experience of managing multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently, particularly related to training and learning logistics and technology
  • Experience of working as a strong team player who can work cross-functionally with other business units. (including L&D, HR)
  • Ability to interact professionally with colleagues and stakeholders of all levels
  • Proven high level of accuracy in managing data, preparing reports, and maintaining training records
  • Good Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Good team player
  • Excellent organisational ability
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a busy, targeted environment
  • Strong IT skills including excellent MS Office skills
