Salary - £25,000 - £27,000

Hours Monday - Friday - 9-5:30pm, every other Saturday 10am - 2pm

A well-established Lettings & Property Management company are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their busy and friendly team in Pinner. This role would suit a candidate with previous experience as a Lettings Administrator, but this is not essential. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a proven track record including problem-solving and excellent customer service levels. They should show a passion for the lettings industry and ideally have knowledge of current lettings legislation. Aside from a good work ethic and positive attitude, they are looking for someone who is polite and well presented, flexible, well organised, and able to think on their feet; someone who will go above and beyond who has great customer service.

Reporting to the Senior Lettings Negotiator, and Director, you will be responsible for:

  • The administration of new let progression
  • Responding to telephone and website leads
  • Updating/adding properties onto our Website and various portals, i.e. Rightmove and Zoopla
  • Administering landlord/tenant/property details on Reapit and ensuring notes of any changes are made clearly
  • Organising/managing the "To Let" board process
  • Updating internal documents and keeping the lettings folders current and tidy
  • Updating window cards and information on a regular basis
  • Assisting to update spreadsheets and/or Reapit tenancy check lists once they are in place
  • Developing relationships with existing and new landlords
  • Liaising with Accounts to discuss rent or statement queries
  • Assisting with attracting new business and increasing market share
  • Renewals Administration
  • Troubleshooting and working with other departments to problem solve
  • Attending any relevant webinars to gain knowledge and relay to colleagues as appropriate
  • Any other ad-hoc Lettings tasks that are required
