A small, family feel Construction & Property Consultancy in Glasgow is looking to add a talented, ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role
The incoming Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a friendly, supportive team of 10 professionals working with a wide range of clients.
With no shortage of exciting schemes to get involved in, the new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will receive unrivalled industry exposure working on projects from inception to completion. Sectors include Ecclesiastical, Education, Commercial, Residential, Leisure & Hotels.
The Quantity Surveying team also work in a Project Management and Employers Agent capacity. So, alongside a varied pipeline of projects, the role also offers amazing exposure to branch out into these roles and become a truly well-rounded Quantity Surveyor.
In turn, this exposure could prove to be the perfect place to work towards your APC and become a Chartered Surveyor. With fantastic support from senior management, you will not "become a number" and get lost in the ranks of a large firm, you will be nurtured, guided and supported via a tailored progression plan.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- RICS Accredited degree qualification
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a Consultancy
- Valid UK Driving license is beneficial
- Basic pre & post contract experience
