About the Role:
Our client, a prestigious law firm in London, is seeking a proactive HR Assistant to join their dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to support the firm's learning and development initiatives while gaining valuable HR experience. The role combines a competitive salary of up to £38k with a flexible hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the annual appraisal process, ensuring it aligns with the firm's strategic goals and supporting managers in conducting effective reviews.
- Collaborate with the L&D Consultant to help drive the development and implementation of training initiatives that enhance team performance.
- Help maintain and manage the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and training database, ensuring it is up-to-date and supports the professional growth of staff.
- Assist in identifying firm-wide training needs by collecting feedback and data to inform training strategies.
- Help design and support the implementation of personalised training and development plans for team members, working closely with the Head of HR.
- Aid in the training and development of apprentices and paralegals, contributing to nurturing the next generation of legal talent.
- Provide support in the graduate recruitment process, assisting with outreach and onboarding new solicitors.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a HR role, at a law firm. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with a passion for fostering professional growth within a collaborative environment.
