Mobile Apps Developer
- Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Company Healthcare & Pension
- Type: Permanent
- Pattern: Fully on-site, there is some flexibility for sporadic home working
- Hours: 40 p/w, flexible between 0800 - 1800
- Clearance: Must be eligible for SC & DV Clearance, these will be sponsored. (Sole British National)

As a part of their development team, you will work on developing, designing and deploying applications for their customers.
Experience
- Proven experience with Android and iOS app development
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols and networking concepts
- Experience with GPS and GIS systems and their integration into mobile applications
- Experience with integrating APIs into mobile applications
- Knowledge of the waterfall development methodology
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for mobile applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities:
- Create new applications
- Create and maintain existing applications
- Write computer programs
- Write bug-free, clean code using object-oriented programming paradigms
- Write, debug, and deploy new code in a timely fashion
- Use version control systems to manage code changes over time
- Create and maintain test suites for new apps
Security Clearance:
All applicants MUST be sole UK nationals. Applicants holding an existing UK MOD security clearance will be at an advantage. However, for any applicant without existing security clearance, the ability and willingness to obtain UK MOD Security Clearance or to have previously held security clearance, will be required.
