£23,000 -£27,000 - dependant on experience.
Summary of Position:
Due to continued growth and expansion, wour client is seeking a Network Service Co-ordinator to join their successful team
, Place and manage Fixed Line, Broadband, SIP, and mobile product orders using a variety ofinternal and external systems
Informing customers of new and ongoing orders via telephone and email
Updating customers with fault progress and timescales regularly
Ensure all internal systems are updated with the provision changes
Competencies Required:

Excellent customer service skills
Be able to work within a team as well as on own initiative Be able to adapt to change
Excellent telephone technique and mannerExperience & Training:
An understanding of PSTN, ISDN, Broadband, SIP An understanding of Ethernet Technologies desirable
An understanding of PBX / Hosted telephone systems (Cloud) Experience using WLR ordering portal
