The Opportunity

We are looking for dedicated and inspirational tutors in Walsall to support children and young people facing significant challenges in their educational journey. As a SEND Specialist Tutor, you will be responsible for creating, planning, and delivering tailored lessons designed to bridge educational gaps and enhance attainment levels. Whether you are an experienced tutor, teacher, or someone with a therapeutic background, your role will involve re-engaging these pupils in their learning, offering structure and stability in their daily routine, and facilitating their educational development to aid a successful return to school or alternative educational settings.

The tuition provided will replace traditional schooling and is typically part-time, scheduled during school hours, five days a week. Prospero will work closely with you to monitor each pupil's progress, requiring you to submit weekly reports on their development.
