An exciting opportunity has arisen at a Global Law Firm based in a prime London location, they are offering an excellent salary, benefits, and hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 from home!
This new Legal PA role is a 12-month FTC and sits within the Global Financial Markets. The client does require the right candidate to have Legal experience and a proactive and client-focused approach.
Main duties will include:
- Active monitoring and managing of the two inboxes, flagging urgent items and maintaining a list of actions, filtering priority and relevant emails, attending to low-priority queries and/or queries that do not need to trouble the Finance Leaders, and deleting irrelevant email traffic.
- Organise and book complex travel arrangements.
- Assist the Finance Leaders and the wider finance team with administrative tasks including the preparation of presentations, word documents, and spreadsheets.
- Work alongside BD to support client events and pitches
- Day-to-day administrative secretarial / PA tasks
It is crucial applicants possess a strong work ethic, be well organised, and have a willingness to go the extra mile. Applicants must have previous secretarial experience at a notable law firm.
The hours for the role will be 9:30-am-5:30pm but our client is looking for someone who is also flexible. A big part of the role will be getting to know clients, and prioritising and preventing scheduling conflicts.
