Marketing Manager - Real Estate Finance

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager within a growing real estate finance brokerage in the North of England.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaigns & CRM Management - Experience in creating, scheduling, and managing email marketing campaigns, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Graphic Design & Branding Awareness - Experience in Canva, or similar tools to create professional marketing materials.
  • Social Media Management - Ability to develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and track performance metrics.
  • Content Creation & Copywriting - Writing compelling marketing materials, blog posts, press releases, and case studies tailored to the care sector.
  • SEO & Website Management - Knowledge of optimising content for search engines and updating the company website with fresh listings and news.

Industry-Specific Knowledge & Research:

  • Healthcare and Hospitality Market Research - Ability to track industry trends, competitor analysis, and buyer/seller behaviours within the sectors (Ideal but not a pre-requisite)
  • Understanding of Regulatory Landscape - Familiarity with CQC and other regulatory bodies to ensure marketing materials align with industry standards.
  • Dealing with Publications - Managing relationships with trade publications, submitting editorial content, and negotiating advertising space.

Lead Generation & Client Engagement:

  • Processing Client Registrations - Handling new buyer registrations, verifying NDAs, and onboarding prospects into the CRM system.
  • Database Management & Lead Nurturing - Ensuring potential buyers/sellers are engaged through follow-ups, newsletters, and automated workflows.
  • Event Planning & Management - Organising networking events, exhibitions, and sponsorship opportunities within the healthcare sector.

Other Essential Skills:

  • Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management - Liaising with internal teams, brokers, and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
