Job Title: Business Development Director

Location: Home Based, with international company meeting as required.

Salary: £400,000 commencing on your first sale per year, you will generate exceptional results, and receive exceptional income in return. It's not about the number of hours just the results you deliver. Your package will increase if you deliver the results .

The Role:

We're looking for candidates to join our growing team of Ambassadors and Business development Directors Globally. You will represent us in Europe as a Business Development Director. There will be nothing we can teach you, apart from our projects.

You are comfortable financing large projects, and raising private equity. You are a hunter in the top 1% in business. You are that successful, you can name your price, we will pay the most for the best and brightest in the UK.

You will be reaching to High Net worth companies and individuals from many sectors via phone, email and LinkedIn, introducing yourself and setting up high-level appointments for them.

The role involves working closely with the global CEO and Head of finance, and GM to deliver a top-notch, smooth service to our clients.

The role is a Home based position, it would only suit already experienced high level BDM, Merchant Bankers, Financiers or Investment Bankers.

The Ideal Candidate's Experience and Responsibilities:

General:

  • Attend weekly online sales meetings
  • Work within a high performing team, being supportive to co-workers
  • Ensuring you have the ability to manage your own clients and sourcing of clients Globally
  • Maintain client confidentiality
  • The ability to multi-task - juggling is not necessary and is not preferred
  • The ability to meet high level clients and close deals alone.

Client Management:

  • Lead Client calls, building client rapport and trust
  • Oversee the implementation of your own client campaigns
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on sourcing our target clients

Admin:

  • Utilise the CRM for logging outreach, sharing information and task organising
  • Maintain tidy inboxes with up-to-date timely responses

Required Attributes:

  • +Experience, creating and managing accounts
  • Resilience in a cold calling environment
  • Experience with either Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Excellent English language skills, verbal and written
  • Highly focused and organised with a desire to learn and grow
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise within a constantly shifting environment
  • Good initiative with the confidence to speak up
  • A solutions focused attitude
  • An acute eye for detail and precision
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to anticipate, identify and solve internal and client issues strategically
  • Being able to translate what a prospect says in the moment on a call into detailed written notes
  • Touch typing
  • Performance-ready capability of international travel when required to secure major clients

Desired Attributes:

  • Basic Experience with CRM systems
  • Additional languages a advantage but not necessary
  • The ability to target high net worth clients to finance deals from US$2 to 20 million. That proceed and finance our projects
