A family-owned accountancy firm that has been successfully operating for over 12 years is hiring a Client Manager (Management Accountant) to join their friendly and tight-knit team of five based in their office in Banbury. You will get to work in a flexible environment, focusing on productivity rather than the number of hours you are sitting at your desk! Your new role
- Preparing monthly management accounts, including high-quality, clear and logical commentary within the set time constraints.
- Investigating/interpreting variances to ensure accuracy.
- Preparing and submitting VAT and CIS returns to the deadline with all accompanying documentation
- Preparation of periodic reconciliations of bank, debtor and creditor balances
- Preparation of bookkeeping on behalf of our clients
- Preparation of forecasts, budgets and cashflows
- Preparation of accounts and Tax Returns
What you'll need to succeed
- Full UK Driving License
- CIMA or ACCA part/fully qualified is preferable, but a minimum of AAT Level 4 is completed (or QBE).
- Proven progressive experience in an accountancy or senior finance role within the practice sector
- Experience in offering guidance and strategy to assist businesses in achieving their goals
