Role responsibilities
- Maintain customer data files
- Produce finish product Specifications and safety data sheets
- Liaise with customers and provide them with requested information relating to food safety, legality and health aspects of customer products.
- Completion of Kosher and Halal product applications
- Assist with Pest Management Control for all sites.
- Assist with third party audits including BRC, Kosher, Halal, Organic, Sustainable programmes and customer audits.
Essential Experience / Qualifications
- Understand principles of HACCP, Food Safety and Allergen knowledge.
- Experience of BRC
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a Specification role or in NPD or Technical function
- Built and maintained relationships with members of QA/NPD teams, Commercial, Senior Managers, Directors, Customers and suppliers
Desirable
- Degree inf Food Science or equivalent qualification
- Competent in Microsoft
- Experience of Hamilton Grant, SharePoint, Formul8 and Customer online systems.
- Knowledge of legislation pertinent to manufacturing preferably within the baking industry.
