Job details:
- Comunity Occupational Therapists required to join a busy Community Occupational Therapy Team delivering a person-centred Occupational Therapy service to residents.
- The successful applicant will have previous experience of working within the Community in Adult Care and have an interest in promoting integrated working and developing strong links with our partners in the Localities.
- They must be prepared to manage a busy caseload, as work is fast paced.
- Knowledge around equipment and adaptations is required and work is focussed on delivering a strength-based assessment and using an incremental approach to the provision of equipment and adaptations.
- Experience in using ICT is required.
- The posts are based in the community, working with adults 18+ in their homes.
- The post holder will be involved in duty work, assessment and provision of equipment and adaptations including those provided by Disabled Facilities Grants to enable residents to maintain independence and safety in their homes.
Working hours: up to 37 hours per week.
