Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer service tickets in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Handling phone calls and responding to website queries with professionalism.
- Collaborating with couriers when required.
- Addressing customer pain points and providing effective solutions.
- Reporting valuable customer feedback to continuously improve our service.
- Utilising customer service helpdesk tools and software for accurate record-keeping.
- Working with daily reports and reaching out to customers regarding their orders.
- Collaborating with your team to deliver exceptional service.
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude towards helping customers; previous experience in a customer service role is ideal.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with our customers.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and systems effortlessly.
