Job Description
The purpose of the role is to be responsible for managing and letting the company portfolio of residential units. This varied role will be responsible for the front of house guest experience, conducting viewings, administering tenancies and property management. There will be additional marketing responsibilities involving social media and also traditional routes to market.
Reports To: Chief Operations Officer
Main Activities - Members
- To ensure the companies targets for new tenancies are met and maintained.
- To ensure that our current processes and compliance systems are adhered to.
- To identify & implement future improvements to our processes.
- To work collaboratively with all team member to ensure tenancies are completed in a timely and compliant manner.
- To accurately report daily & weekly KPI's to the Operations Officer.
- To manage the renewals process.
Main Activities - Building
- To be accountable for presentation of buildings within the portfolio, through daily inspection of front house communal areas.
- To work with other members of the team in arranging various maintenance requirements as they arise.
- To complete inventories for each tenancy and conduct 6 monthly inspections.
- To conduct Check in and Check out meetings with members.
- To manage maintenance issues as they arise in the residential portfolio.
Main Activities - Marketing
- To conduct and maintain a marketing presence for new listings and opportunities across the portfolio, utilising traditional portals and social media.
- To ensure we are maximizing opportunities to upsell our additional services.
- To ensure that we are securing additional revenue earning opportunities in our current portfolio including vending products and laundry revenue.
