Accounts Administrator - Belfast | Full Time | Up to £29,000
Reed Accountancy and Finance is pleased to be working with a highly successful, and well-known Belfast based organisation, involved in construction and property development.
A new opportunity has arisen within their Accounts Team for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join on a fulltime, permanent basis.
Offering a competitive salary, the successful candidate will be responsible for completing the following duties:
- Purchase ledger invoice processing to include costing to Contracts ledger
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Sub-contractor ledger invoicing and payments
- Preparation of weekly and monthly payment runs to include all invoicing and payment checks
- Bank reconciliations and maintain up to date Cash book
- Liaising with suppliers, sub-contractors and management on day-to-day matters as they arise
- General accounting and office administrative duties
- Scheduling and organising after-sales maintenance
Essential experience
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable
- IT Proficient to include accountancy packages
Desirable experience
- Experience within the Construction sector
