The roles main responsibilities consist of managing debt recovery in line with performance targets, resolving customer account queries and maintaining accurate records. This vacancy would require an immediately available candidate who possesses an enthusiastic and driven mindset.
Skills required:
- Experience in managing a high value and high-volume ledger would be preferable but this is not essential.
- Familiarity and knowledge around managing and collecting debt across UK and European markets as well as negotiating payment plans.
- Strong communication skills needed to effectively build relationships with stakeholders and customers in order to resolve and escalate disputes promptly.
- Fine attention to detail is required in order to manage customer accounts to ensure that records are accurate and up to date.
