Hoop PS&HR are so pleased to partner with a highly regarded healthcare organisation based in Wales. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Advisor to join the team on a 6 fixed-term contract designed to provide essential support during a busy and demanding period.
As the HR Advisor you will be entitled to a salary of £36,000 per annum, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, access to MediCash, flexible and hybrid working arrangements, investment in personal development, and a pension scheme. Due to the nature of the organisation, there is an element and expectation to travel between sites, therefore access to a vehicle is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex casework from start to finish, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
- Ensure company policies are up-to-date and in line with current employment law legislation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to managers and employees.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure a cohesive approach to HR management and support.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience managing complex ER casework is crucial.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law legislation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Proactive in identifying issues and providing effective solutions.
- Ability to hit the ground running and adapt quickly to new challenges.
