Job Description: Registered Manager (Children's Residential)
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)

Job Summary
The Registered Manager will lead and manage the children's residential home, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting the well-being of the children.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain full compliance with Ofsted regulations.
- Lead and participate in inspections, implementing improvements as needed.
- Provide strong leadership and foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and staff development.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and supervision.
- Ensure high standards of care, support, and protection for children.
- Develop and implement individual care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate care quality.
- Conduct internal audits and assessments.
- Maintain effective communication with external agencies and stakeholders.
- Build positive relationships with local authorities and social workers.
- Manage the budget efficiently.
- Monitor expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Significant experience in a management role within residential childcare.
- Proven success in Ofsted inspections and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
