We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Spa Therapist for a 5-star hotel and spa in Hertfordshire area, where luxury and relaxation meet exceptional service. The award-winning spa offers a serene escape for guests, providing a range of indulgent treatments and therapies in an elegant setting.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a luxury spa environment, demonstrating expertise in a variety of treatments, a commitment to customer service, and an ability to create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other therapeutic services.
- Conduct consultations to understand guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and throughout the spa.
- Ensure guests receive an exceptional and personalized experience, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Promote and sell spa products and services.
- Collaborate with the spa team to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or spa setting.
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques, facial treatments, and body therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Salary : £30k+ depending on experience
