We are delighted to be supporting an established and growing business based in Coventry. Due to internal promotion we are supporting with the search for an enthusiastic and skilled Finance Analyst to support our senior finance with various projects. Your role will encompass getting involved with daily operations, financial analysis, project management, and translating Mandarin to English. This exciting opportunity will see you working in a dynamic, fast paced environment with potential progression routes.
This opportunity comes with an annual salary of up to £45,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and overseeing financial projects and tasks, ensuring all actions are carried out and followed up.
- Complete financial analysis and create reports to support business strategy and critical decisions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across various areas of the business to advise and influence results.
- Perform data consolidation.
- Advise on process improvements in all areas.
- Provide verbal translation of Mandarin in management meetings to support senior finance with understanding the agenda and communication between attendees.
- Main point of contact for senior finance,
Candidate Skills and Attributes:
- Strong working knowledge of Chinese or Mandarin and able to translate to English.
- Minimum of three years' experience in finance.
- ACCA/CIMA part qualified or actively studying towards qualification.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information in simple language.
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build natural relationships with stakeholders.
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not essential.
