Business Development Manager - Hybrid
Location: Northampton (Hybrid) Salary: £35,000-£50,000 + Benefits ( Achievable OTE £80,000-£100,000)
Profectus Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a rapidly growing IT and infrastructure business in Northampton, looking to hire a Business Development Manager. This permanent role offers hybrid working, combining office-based responsibilities with travel to client sites as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business within the Managed Services Provider (MSP) sector.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored IT solutions.
- Develop sales strategies and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales within IT infrastructure or MSP sectors.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT managed services and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage a hybrid working environment and travel to client sites.
