Marketing Communications Executive

Our client is an award winning organisation which is growing rapidly.

Our client is looking for an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal and copy writing skills. The role will work closely with the Marketing team in developing a marketing communications plan to support all appropriate functions of the business and will report to the Marketing Manager. The initial project will be to support the companies re-branding including having extensive input into the brand's identity and creating strategies to implement this effectively.

The ideal candidate will need to be passionate about driving impactful campaigns and delivering on communications strategies.

Responsibilities for the role

  • Support the re-brand project
  • Support the marketing team with internal and external communications.
  • Creating and executing an internal communications strategy
  • Develop, manage and maintain the firm's intranet platform
  • Drafting and editing communications/material to create engaging and creative content for a variety of channels (Articles, social media, website, intranet, press releases, testimonials, success stories and engaging content)
  • Analysis of the impact and effectiveness of all communications activities
  • Keeping updated of new marketing trends and developments
  • Creating SEO website content and supporting with communications for events, presentations and social media
  • Coordinating invoice records and updating budgets

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Degree level educated, CIM qualification or equivalent working experience
  • Experience in writing content and producing marketing material
  • Essential to have knowledge of both hard copy and digital marketing communications.
  • Experience working on marketing campaigns
  • Comfortable with analytics
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Computer literate - competent in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Adobe, such as InDesign/Photoshop
