An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and respected law firm based in East Grinstead. Our client, known for their exceptional service and client-centric approach, is seeking a talented solicitor to enhance their small but dynamic private client team.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning. This role requires a compassionate approach, strong technical skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on a variety of private client matters, including wills, trusts, and probate.
- Drafting legal documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
- Managing probate and estate administration.
- Providing tax planning advice and managing complex estates.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
Candidate Requirements:
- A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in private client law.
- Demonstrated experience in handling a broad range of private client matters.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- A client-focused approach with a commitment to providing high-quality legal advice.
