Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of a laboratory development project, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and suppliers, to ensure the successful delivery of a state-of-the-art laboratory environment.
- Monitor project timelines and progress, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.
- Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership, offering detailed reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
