We are looking for a skilled and experienced Document Services Supervisor to lead and oversee the Document Services operations at a great international law firm near Liverpool Street. The role is Monday to Friday, afternoon shift 1pm-9pm.
The role is paying a competitive salary + benefits!
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Develop upskilling curriculums for operators
- Manage the intake and distribution of work across the department
- Field troubleshooting calls and assist with software troubleshooting
- Manage the team including monitoring staff productivity and implementing training and development
- Convert and format documents
- Other duties as and when assigned
To be considered for this role you MUST have proven supervisory experience in a legal or financial services environment.
You will be someone with expert technical knowledge and have advanced skills in document production softwares.
You need to be someone with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to work at a fast pace and able to communicate effectively with all people within the business. Customer service skills essential.
