Are you a results-driven, detail-oriented Retail Media expert with a passion for optimizing ad spend and driving ROI? We're looking for a Retail Media Manager to join a Media Agency on a contract basis through to the end of the year, working with a key retail client. This role is focused on the setup, execution, and optimization of retail media campaigns to hit performance targets and maximize success across Amazon Ads, Criteo and Google Ads.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Manage the end-to-end setup, execution, and optimization of retail media ad campaigns on platforms such as Amazon Ads, Criteo, and Google Ads
- Programmatic Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven programmatic strategies to drive revenue and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns by analysing performance data, identifying trends, and making adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Budget Management: Ensure efficient allocation of media budgets, optimizing ad spend across platforms to maximize performance
- Insights & Reporting: Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to the client and internal teams
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including client service, data analytics, and creative to ensure campaign objectives are met and client expectations are exceeded
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive Retail Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with retail media advertising, particularly with Amazon Ads, Criteo, and Google Ads platforms
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience in optimizing ad spend, driving performance, and delivering exceptional ROI in retail media campaigns
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance
- Programmatic Know-How: Experience with programmatic media buying and strategy, with the ability to navigate DSPs and SSPs effectively
- Client-Centric Mindset: Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to clients
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using advertising tools, bid management platforms, and tracking technologies
