Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting individuals in their recovery journey. Your main duties will include:

  • Listening and empathising with individuals, offering support and motivation
  • Supporting patients with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Coordinating appointments and managing schedules
  • Communicating with team members to ensure effective collaboration
  • Providing outstanding customer service to individuals and their families
  • Assisting with any other duties as assigned by the team leader

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following:

  • Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of social care and recovery services (Preferred)
