- Full-time role based fully on-site in Walton-on-Thames
Working for an International Logistics Company in Walton-on-Thames we are looking for an experienced Accounts Supervisor / Team Leader to join their small and friendly team.
This is a full-time role working on-site at their offices in Walton-on-Thames working Monday to Friday 9am till 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing day-to-day accounts transactions
- Customer Accounts reconciliations
- Credit Control - reconciling customer accounts and chasing for payment
- Production of customer statements on a monthly basis and reminder letters, when required
- Supplier Accounts reconciliations
- Process supplier payments and any refunds
- VAT Returns
- Inputting company expenses.
Accounting Supervisor skills required:
- Supervision and team leadership skills
- Managing processes

- Experience in accounting software, specifically SAGE
- Time management and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
- Confidentiality and trustworthiness
