Billing/Finance Analyst

Sheffield - Hybrid working model (1-2 days office based after initial period of training)

Eaton Syalon are working in partnership with a global business for an addition to their finance team. With responsibility as a key interface between stakeholders internally and our clients key customers this role is pivotal in ensuring billing, invoicing and reporting is of the highest calibre.
Key responsibilities
Creating and approving invoices, checking invoices for accuracy considering client billing structures
Submitting invoices within agreed timescales including consolidated invoicing
Proactive management of any invoice queries through to resolution
Complex Billing reporting and analysis, external and internal reporting
Review of key billing processes
Ad hoc reporting
Set up of new client accounts and implementation of any changes to client billing terms
Liaise with wider finance team and the business to ensure smooth billing and collection process
Use of MS Excel and other reporting tools
Our client is seeking a technically strong and financially minded individual to join their team. Its likely you possess exceptional analysis skills and the ability to work with large data sets, ideally within a billing setting, however wider finance data experience is considered. MS Excel to at least Intermediate level is important and you will need strong stakeholder management skills and a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
