Workspace Change and Property Analyst

Location: Northamptonshire

A well known healthcare provider who are committed to optimising their estate's assets to align with their strategic vision are looking for a dedicated Workspace Change and Property Analyst to support their Asset Strategy Lead in managing day-to-day space planning and estate master planning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a deputy for the Asset Strategy Lead in key meetings
  • Conduct onsite data collation and analysis of space utilisation
  • Develop and manage workspace allocation models
  • Handle business user inquiries related to workspace allocations
  • Provide space-related data for economic costing submissions
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand future estate requirements
  • Prepare reports for various committees
  • Promote modern workspace planning techniques
  • Align planning and delivery with the projects team
  • Assess accommodation requests and formulate solutions
  • Champion best practices in asset strategy

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Professional or academic background in workplace strategy, real estate management, or space management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in change management and financial processes
  • Proficiency in MiCAD CAFM system and AutoCAD
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines under pressure
  • Consulting background in workplace strategy and master planning
