Responsibilities

Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customers using our services, providing exceptional support and assistance.

Customer Queries: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the relevant departments when necessary.

Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations, contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Account Management: Manage customer accounts, updating information and ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback and work with the team to implement improvements to our service.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the finance industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.

Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team, as well as independently.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using customer service software and CRM systems.
