REGULATORY & POLICY LAWYER - 3 + PQE, LONDON/ HYBRID, 24 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT, £70 000 - £75 000 per annum. The successful Lawyer will join a team working on an exciting new project to reform and reshape the regulatory and enforcement policies and procedures for this organisation. The aim is to review enforcement regulations to ensure they enable efficient decision-making for the public good, to propose changes as required and to engage in consultation with all stakeholders.

  • Responsibilities include advising on various regulatory and policy matters, such as recognising regulatory issues, outlining investigations, gathering evidence, and evaluating risks.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in the dedicated project team, working to a specific project plan with milestones and deadlines for achievements.
  • This role requires exceptionally high-quality drafting skills in order to draft proposals, policies and reports throughout the project.
