Description

The Property Paralegal will:

  • Manage a caseload of new build transactions, acting primarily for investor clients.
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
  • Work closely with senior solicitors and partners to ensure smooth transaction processes and client satisfaction.
  • Assisting the legal team in all property-related matters.
  • Communicating with clients and other parties to gather and provide information.
  • Maintaining and updating databases and filing systems.
  • Handling other legal tasks as assigned by the team.

Profile

The successful Property Paralegal should have:

  • A degree in Law, and looking to qualify within property.
  • Previous experience in new build plot sales is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A competitive salary from £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
