Description
The Property Paralegal will:
- Manage a caseload of new build transactions, acting primarily for investor clients.
- Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
- Work closely with senior solicitors and partners to ensure smooth transaction processes and client satisfaction.
- Assisting the legal team in all property-related matters.
- Communicating with clients and other parties to gather and provide information.
- Maintaining and updating databases and filing systems.
- Handling other legal tasks as assigned by the team.
Profile
The successful Property Paralegal should have:
- A degree in Law, and looking to qualify within property.
- Previous experience in new build plot sales is essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Offer
The Property Paralegal will receive:
- A competitive salary from £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
